I have been working with a personal trainer for almost 10 years. I was fortunate enough to work with Cliff for almost 2 of them.

Last year, I saw my family practice physican to follow up on a “Boston Heart Health” assessment he had ordered. When he shared my results, he was amazed and said I was the healthiest woman in her early 50’s that he had ever seen. He wanted to know how much and how I worked out, what I ate, etc. All of my test results were excellent, and he stated that could be attributed to my training with Cliff, along with good nutrition (which Cliff is also very knowledgeable about and gives great nutritional guidance). I can say with utmost confidence that Cliff changes the lives of his clients. He is a gem in his field, and I have the utmost respect for him as a personal trainer. Can’t say enough about the success I have had with Cliff! I am not the usual client. I arrived, a stressed out early 50’s emaciated 138-pound man. My goal was to build strength and gain weight.
