Biography:

Erica is as passionate about others’ health as she is about her own.  She has been training herself and motivating others to lead healthier lifestyles for almost a decade, incorporating various fitness modalities and nutritional guidance. Erica uses a wide array of training techniques and equipment that is best suited for each client, truly catering to individual goals!  After earning her second Masters Degree from Rutgers University, Erica attained her Certified Fitness Trainer certificate from the International Sports Sciences Association in order to spread her knowledge and passion with others in the area of fitness and nutrition.  She believes that enthusiasm and communication are key and aims to develop a strong and professional rapport with all clientele, inspiring those to be healthier versions of themselves.  Let’s make a change together!
